Having a daily gratitude practice can improve your overall well being and outlook on life.  Make you more of a glass half full kind of person as opposed to half empty.  Below are a weeks worth of prompts to guide you on your gratitude journey.  Another great idea is to think of 3 different things every morning while brushing your teeth.  You’re already there anyways and why not guide your brain to look for the positives in life.
